Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you wanted other merchandise in exchange, or a refund, or carry a "store credit", which would not expire. For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for sending you the exchanged items. Singapore Postal Service Registered Article will be used.

Exchange is easy:

We will accept exchanged items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags.
The item must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Please include the following items in your package back to us:
1. A copy of the sales receipt.
2. A note on your sales receipt or a separate sheet describing what you would like to exchange the enclosed item for. Please include the product code, size and color.
3. The item to be exchanged.
Mail the package to the address below and we will process your exchange as soon as we receive it. There is no additional charge for shipping the item(s) back to you.
