What if an item is out of stock?

Our Live Inventory system removes product sizes and colors when they become out of stock, however it is possible that a backorder could be created if there is not sufficient quantity on-hand to cover an order for multiple units of a product. We will promptly notify you of the situation to determine whether we should issue a credit for missing items or ship the order incomplete with remaining items placed in a back order status or worse come to worse cancel the outstanding quantity if customer agrees.

What are the shipping options?

We offer a variety of shipping options. Singapore orders are shipped via Singapore Postal Service Registered Article (with Tracking Number) and usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed.

For orders shipped outside Singapore, customers have the option to choose either Singapore Air Mail Registered Article (with Tracking Number) or EMS Worldwide Courier. Shipment using Registered

Article usually takes about 9 to 14 business days but could take longer if there is a queue for customs inspections. On top of that, it also depends on location. For those who wish to receive their orders faster, you can use EMS Worldwide Courier.

What is your return policy?

Hygienically, we discourage return. We encourage all customers to ask any questions before you place an order. However, we will still accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags.

There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. We will apply your return as you would direct, that is to say, if you wanted other merchandise in exchange, or a refund, or carry a "store credit", which would not expire. For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for

How can I reach customer service?

You can use our online contact form or our email customerservice@xzytes.com. Just fill in your name, e-mail address and we'll respond to you within the same business day if not the following day.

At present, we do not have any Toll Free Line.

Can I ship to a different country from my Paypal address?

If you are making payment via your Paypal Balance, you may encounter the following message:

"Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to".

Paypal displays this message if you have entered a delivery address in a different country to the one you registered with your Paypal account. Paypal does this to protect you from fraud. If you see this message, please contact us to arrange a manual Paypal payment, confirming your delivery address.
